HOW WE DO IT
The patent-pending design of XPECT™ filters offers high performance and exceptionally long life by forming the filter media into a series of uniform radial structures, providing many folds and channels to capture contaminant. The careful forming of these structures can add up to 7x the filter media of a typical bag filter within the same volume, effectively lowering the flux and exponentially increasing online life. XPECT™ filters are offered in polypropylene, polyester, and aramid felts such as Nomex®. All of the felts are glazed or singed on one side to increase efficiency and prevent fiber migration.
